In a unique and innovative collaboration, Chef Tong Chee Hwee, Executive Chef at Hakkasan, and Chef Dabiz Muñoz, owner and Executive Chef at StreetXO in Mayfair, will come together to create an exclusive and limited edition menu to celebrate Golden Week, an annual Chinese festival.
Featuring dishes that bring together their collective and globally diverse influences, the menu will combine Chef Tong’s incomparable style with Chef Muñoz’s high octane approach to fine dining, creating dishes inspired by cuisines around the world unlike anything seen in Hakkasan before.
Chef Muñoz will also be working with Hakkasan’s award-winning bar team and pastry chefs to bring his inimitable style to the whole menu.
The Golden Week menu will be available in Hakkasan Hanway Place and Hakkasan Mayfair from 25th September until 22nd October.
