Hakkasan’s modern Cantonese cuisine has established the restaurants as preeminent destinations for Chinese food.
The menus, created by Executive Head Chef Tong Chee Hwee, include signature dishes such as Jasmine tea-smoked organic pork ribs, Roasted silver cod with Champagne and honey, Peking duck with Royal Beluga caviar, Crispy duck salad with pomelo, pine nuts and shallots, Spicy prawn with lily bulb and almond and Stir-fry black pepper rib-eye beef with Merlot. Special dim sum and lunch menus are also available. The extensive dessert menu offers items including the Lemon pot with lemon curd, meringue and crumble, and the renowned Hakkasan macarons.
Hakkasan’s signature cocktail, the Hakka, contains Belvedere vodka, Akashi-tai sake, lychee juice, lime, coconut and passion fruit, and is joined on the menu by other cocktails such as the Lychee martini, Saketini and the Hakkatini. Guests can also enjoy fine wine from Hakkasan’s award-winning wine list. The wines are continually tasted as the vintages change, to ensure that they complement the cuisine.
