Hakkasan Miami was the debut American location for Hakkasan, and opened in May 2009 at the ultra-chic Fontainebleau Miami Beach. With dishes customised to make use of the best local ingredients, the restaurant serves Hakkasan’s award-wining modern Cantonese cuisine and signature cocktails, and a dim sum lunch menu is also available on weekends.
Continuing to set the standard for haute Chinois design, carved teak walls and turquoise hues that evoke sea and sand infuse the décor of the space, which includes a dining area, bar and lounge.
Hakkasan Miami has received a Four Diamond Award and, in 2010, was rated best newcomer in Zagat’s survey of best South Florida restaurants.
