Hakkasan Bodrum, the 10th Hakkasan location worldwide, brings its award-winning cuisine to Mandarin Oriental, Bodrum. Overlooking the Aegean Sea, the space comprises of a main dining area, bar and lounge, and three semi-private round tables where guests can witness breathtaking views of the seascape beside them.
Hakkasan’s award-winning Peking Duck offers perfect slices of tender duck, full of flavour and consistent in quality. With its succulent meat and crispy skin, this unique duck is the secret to the success of Hakkasan’s Supreme Signature Peking Duck dish.
Inspired by the breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, the design of Hakkasan subtly references materials and details that are characteristic with Bodrum’s famous Gulets. Playing with ropes and timber to reveal ship making details, Campbell House, the interior designer, wanted to ensure guests would embark on a truly enchanting journey. This hint of Bodrum is accompanied by Hakkasan’s unmistakeable modern Chinese aesthetic, creating a duality that provides local context in the midst of a memorable Asian culinary experience.
Taking inspiration from both contemporary and ancient China, Hakkasan’s signature cuisine is a celebration of Cantonese flavours.
