Welcoming the summer season, Hakkasan Abu Dhabi is set to re-introduce its refreshing Cantonese Journey menu. Prepared with locally sourced ingredients by a team of experienced chefs, the menu showcases a diverse collection of dishes. Starting on June 1, 2022, the Cantonese Journey menu will be available daily from 6.00pm until 11.30pm along with Hakkasan’s celebrated a la carte menu.
Delivered with excellence and style from the very first bite, Hakkasan’s Cantonese Journey menu is priced at AED 298 per person. It includes three delectable courses allowing guests to embark on a culinary journey. The feast begins with a fresh Cuttlefish salad with zesty lemongrass dressing, a dim sum duo, as well as Crispy eggplant with Chinese five spice. The starters are followed by main courses such as Sticky sesame chicken, Wok-fry local wild prawn with XO sauce, Stir-fry baby pak choi with garlic, and a hearty Fried trio of organic rice. To finish, guests are offered to indulge in an exquisite Blueberry cheesecake.
Supporting global sustainability, the menu is specially curated by Executive Chef Lee using locally sourced ingredients such as wild prawn, corn-fed chicken, and organic farmed vegetables to ensure the most authentic flavours and freshness throughout the entire dining experience.
