Our new menu reflects the modern International city and dynamic food scene, introducing our traditional and signature dishes alongside new contemporary dishes to offer an exciting dining experience for our guests.

We change our menu seasonally, always experimenting and tasting with new ingredients, flavours and techniques, involving all members of the culinary team, to create the new dishes. Hakkasan Bodrum remains true to its heritage and core identity of Cantonese cuisine, but we have also created several dishes especially for Bodrum that embrace the vibrant city’s resources and influence.
