The signature menus at Hakkasan Hanway Place have been especially curated by Executive Head Chef Tong Chee Hwee and his team. The menus consist of a selection of Hakkasan’s signature dishes and are designed for sharing between groups of two or more people. Each of the dishes has been carefully chosen to complement the others, creating a balance of both flavours and textures.
