Limited-edition cocktail and dessert in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month

Every October, people across the world show their support for those affected by breast cancer. This year, Hakkasan will be joining in fundraising for Breast Cancer Research by introducing a limited-edition cocktail and dessert to the menu. Our exclusive cocktail, the Rosalita, supported by Komos Tequila, features a blend of Komos Reposado Rosa tequila, Cucumber, Doladira aperitivo, Cocchi Americano Roso reduction, Lime, and Saicho Jasmine Sparkling tea. A modern, refreshing and floral cocktail with a hint of bitterness that is available for £22. Alongside the Rosalita, our signature dessert, the Jivara Bomb, will be turned pink in support and is available for £15. For each of these products purchased, 10% of profits will be donated to Breast Cancer Research.

Raising awareness for Breast Cancer Research is all the more poignant for Hakkasan Mayfair’s General Manager, Pauline Dubord, who was diagnosed with the BRCA-2 gene, which significantly increased her risk of developing breast cancer. After bravely opting for a double mastectomy and reconstructive surgery, thanks to charity support and donations, Pauline has reduced her chance of developing cancer.
