On Saturday, June 26, Hakkasan Bodrum’s grand opening event was the scene to be seen. Guests from across the country were invited to experience an elaborate evening at the grand opening bash that kicked off the official opening of the award-winning restaurant brand’s Bodrum location and the official start to the summer season.
Over 200 of Turkey’s most fashionable elite attended the star-studded, culinary-led weekend evening event. The evening began at sunset with a cocktail greeting, with the mood of the night being curated by a live DJ. With Hakkasan Bodrum’s Executive Chef Sky and from the Hakkasan London team, Corporate Executive Chef Andrew Yeo at the culinary helm for the evening, guests indulged an assortment of light fare including Peking Duck with caviar, a variety of dim sum including Shanghai dumplings, and Hakka Hand-pulled Noodles. Small eats representing the Hakkasan menu were also provided including the celebrated Crispy Duck Salad individually presented on a skewer, Crispy Skin Salt & Pepper Pumpkin Tofu, Smoked Beef Ribs with Jasmine Tea, and Black Pepper Beef Puff. The climatic pinnacle of the night was captivated in the sky with a dazzling fireworks show that lit up the seaside and partygoers below.
Hakkasan Bodrum is an open-air restaurant, featuring an outdoor main dining room, lounge and bar area that provides sweeping views of the Aegean Sea. Hakkasan Bodrum is the 10th Hakkasan location to open worldwide. Hakkasan Bodrum will be serving its award-winning menu nightly all season.
